FTUK Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your participation in the FTUK Affiliate & Referral Program (“Program”). By registering, you agree to the following:

1. Definitions
  • Affiliate – An approved promoter of FTUK products.
  • Referred Trader – A new customer who signs up and pays using your link.
  • Commission – The reward earned for valid referrals.
2. Eligibility
  • You must be 18+ and have no prior bans from FTUK programs.
  • FTUK may approve or reject any application at its discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
  • Affiliates agree to promote FTUK accurately, ethically, and legally.
3.1 Advertising & Financial Promotion Rules
  • To comply with UK and EU (including CySEC-aligned) guidelines, Affiliates must:
  • Avoid misleading, exaggerated, or guaranteed-profit claims
  • Clearly state that trading carries risk
  • Not imply that FTUK reduces trading risk
  • Not create content that appears to be official FTUK communication
  • Ensure all posts, ads, and content are fair, balanced, and not targeted at vulnerable individuals
  • Avoid providing any form of investment advice
  • If in doubt, Affiliates should use FTUK-provided descriptions.
3.2 Prohibited Marketing
  • Affiliates may not:
  • Use FTUK branded keywords in ads (e.g., “FTUK”, “FTUK challenge”, “FTUK coupon”, etc.)
  • Bid on or target misspellings/variations of FTUK branded terms
  • Use coupon sites or fake discount codes
  • Use spam, bots, fake traffic, or mass unsolicited messaging
  • Create domains or social profiles resembling FTUK
  • Make comparisons that misrepresent FTUK or competitors
  • Any breach may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
4. Commission Structure
  • Affiliates earn 10% commission on the referred trader’s purchase.
  • No limit to the number of referred traders.
  • Commission is only earned when the referral signs up, pays, and is fully cleared.
  • No commission is paid on refunded, reversed, or fraudulent transactions.
  • Commissions cannot be shared with other affiliates.
5. Payments
  • Payments are made via the method chosen in your Affiliate dashboard.
  • FTUK may apply a minimum payout threshold if required.
  • Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.
6. Fraud, Abuse & Breach
  • FTUK may suspend or terminate an Affiliate for:
  • Fraudulent sign-ups
  • Self-referrals
  • Misleading advertising
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Any behaviour damaging FTUK’s reputation
  • Unpaid commissions may be withheld in these cases.
7. Termination
  • FTUK may terminate the Affiliate’s participation at any time.
  • Upon termination, all promotion must stop immediately.
8. Liability
  • FTUK is not responsible for technical issues, lost earnings, or tracking errors.
  • This Program does not create any partnership or employment relationship.
9. Amendments
  • FTUK may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
